The question was posed by Steve Blum, a cofounder of mobile-app developer Redshift, who was recently in Australia to meet up with the company’s mobile team.
“It’s a little bit of a puzzle because it’s all about getting the right team together,” Mr Blum said.
“We don’t have a lot of time to talk about the details of the app.
“There’s a lot more work to do. “

One of the big challenges facing the iOS app market is the fact that most of the iOS apps are for smartphones and tablets.
That means they are limited in their functionality.
“For the most part, the mobile apps that we work on are for the most basic iPhone or iPad device,” Mr Redshift’s cofounder Steve Blums said.
Mr Blums and his co-founder Steve Lees have spent the last year working on the app they’ve called “the best mobile game ever”.
The app, called ‘The Game’, has been downloaded over two million times.
“A lot of the things that people love in the iOS world are not the things you can really do on a smartphone or tablet,” Mr Lees said.
“For example, we’ve tried to create an iOS version of the same game for tablets as well.

Apple and Microsoft are both working on a new iOS version and there are a number of companies that have expressed interest in partnering with the companies to bring the app to their platforms.
As a result, Mr Blumer said that it’s not uncommon to see teams working on apps in the early stages of development.
“If you’re working on an iOS game, it’s very common that you have a group of developers who are all working on iOS, and they all are in the same room at the same time, working on one project,” he said.
“And so you’re going from there to this idea where you’re getting people together for one project, then you’re starting to have the same type of team working on another project.”

“The biggest challenge in mobile is probably getting the design right,” Mr Flats said.
“[The developers] have to know what’s going on in the device and they have to be able to tell you exactly what the app does and how it does it.”
I think that’s the most important thing, but they also have to do a lot in terms of the design to be good at making it look good on a device.
“So that’s probably the most challenging part.”

There are plenty of mobile apps out there that are completely in-house, with very little outside help.
Mr Blum agreed that there are some things that mobile developers should be mindful of.
“I think a lot [developers] underestimate the complexity of the world of iOS, the number of apps that are out there,” he added.
There is one particular area that needs to be considered when it comes to mobile app design.
“You have to remember that in the world we live in today, the user interface has changed quite a lot,” Mr Thomsen said.
“The world is really moving towards the web, so that’s really where a lot the attention is being put.”
So you can have a great UI on an iPhone, and you can do it with a tablet, but you can’t have the UI on the iPad.
“And so it’s really important that the UI is designed for the user in the context of the device.”
The first iOS app to come to fruition was the first app for the iPhone.
The next generation of mobile app, which would take over the market, was the iOS 7.
However, Mr Flatts said that developers are still learning about the differences between iOS and Android and that they should not be focused on just one platform.
“You should also think about what’s the user experience, what’s how the user is interacting with the app, what do they see on the screen,” Mr Brumm said.
